Boosting a listing increases its visibility on the platform. However, Sokowave does not guarantee a specific outcome (e.g., higher sales or views) from boosting a listing.
Sokowave uses Google Ads to display ads on our platform. By using Sokowave, you agree that Google Ads may place tracking cookies on your device and collect certain information to display personalized ads. For more information on how your data is collected and processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Sokowave, including text, images, and other materials. By posting content, you grant Sokowave a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
Sokowave reserves the right to remove or modify any listings or content that violate these Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Sokowave does not participate in the negotiation, sale, or purchase of items listed on the platform. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for managing transactions, including payments, shipping, and handling. Sokowave is not liable for any disputes, fraud, or loss arising from such transactions.
Any disputes that arise between buyers and sellers must be resolved independently. Sokowave is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes, and we do not offer buyer protection or seller guarantees.
Sokowave is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services. We strive to ensure that the platform operates smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Sokowave is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.
In no event will Sokowave, its employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
