- Trial Periods: Sokowave may offer trial periods for certain services. During the trial, you will not be charged. However, you will be prompted to select a paid plan before the trial period ends.
4. Charges and Fees
- Listing Fees: Fees may apply for listing items on Sokowave. Charges will be displayed during the listing process.
- Boosting Fees: If you choose to boost your listing for increased visibility, the corresponding fees will be clearly communicated before you finalize your payment.
5. Invoicing
Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic invoice summarizing your purchase. This invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your Sokowave account.
- Invoice Details: Each invoice will include the following information:
- Itemized list of services purchased.
- Total amount charged.

6. Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your billing statement or invoice, you must contact Sokowave within 30 days of the charge date. Please provide detailed information about the disputed charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
